Biography

Mary Noonan's research interests include gender, work, family, and quantitative research methods. One of her current projects explores the relationship between motherhood and earnings among women in professional careers. In another project, she explores how infertility affects women’s career trajectories, workplace experiences, and economic outcomes. She teaches courses on gender inequality, family and research methods.  Two of her courses include study abroad components in Mexico and India.
