Hannah is a PhD candidate in sociology and current NSF GRFP fellow. For their master’s thesis, they conducted a historical sociological analysis of a racialized medical algorithm to study the logics of statistics in medicine. Hannah is currently working on a dissertation project about risk prediction technologies in medicine. 

Outside of research, Hannah can be found organizing with COGS UE 896, the graduate worker union.
