Derek Sheehan is a Ph.D. student whose research interests include corporate crime and punishment, green criminology, and environmental sociology. He earned his B.S. with majors in psychology and criminology and criminal justice studies and minors in classics and international studies from The Ohio State University (2024). He earned his M.A. in sociology from the University of Iowa (2026). Current research examines corporate prosecutorial outcomes and monetary penalties.
