The Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award recognizes teaching assistants who have demonstrated outstanding abilities at the University of Iowa. The Office of the Provost has authorized the Council on Teaching to give up to 30 awards each year. Maddie will receive $1,000 and will be presented with a certificate at the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Awards Reception to be held on May 2, 2023.
